My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The noisy and uncomfortable room made it hard for me to get a good night's sleep, and the issues with staining and a leaking toilet were very off-putting. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and tried to assist, but the service could have been better. The location was convenient for exploring Portsmouth, but the parking situation was a letdown. The dining options were subpar, and the facilities were basic.
